You would have to call ahead to the vet first. Most vets will not treat a squirrel unless you can provide documentation proving it has has a rabies shot. Squirrels are known carriers of the rabies virus. If my squirrel is sick and doesn't have health insurance, should i bring him to the vet or the emergency room?
Take him to the vet, but on the way out stop in the garage and pick up a shovel, just in case you can bury him on the side of the road. Remember save gas.
*Giggles* The emergency room! They could take him in for free and you get to laugh when they see it's a squirrel!~
Emergencyroom, just because it's a squirrel it doesn't mean he's any less human then us.
Tell him to take two tylenol and leave your nuts alone
Vet - squirrels are not human.
