Annoying squirrel?

There is a squirrel who keeps coming to my family's patio door and scratching on it. He already made a hole in it, I taped it up. He climbs it and starts scratching. I put a teddy bear there and he didn't come for about a day. Now he is back. what should I do??????????

You should NOT put a trap, or kill it. It's only a squirrel, and plus that woul be so cruel. The best thing you should do, is go to the store, there is this stuff you can spray, its mostly for cats, it smells really bad to them, and so they forbid to go to that area. but I wouldn't suggest to that, because the squirrel might not really care about the smell. So call a vet and ask em if theres a spray you can use to forbid the squirrel from going to your front porch.
Set a rat trap for it.





Don't feel guilty, either. Squirrels bring in fleas, and they're terribly destructive, chewing on electric wires, metal siding, or most any other thing they find to chew on. They also kill and dig up garden plants and young trees.

find a better outlet for all of this digging,like put some squirrel feders in your yard and if he still does that,,,,get a cat!!:p good luck-twiggy O_o

is it a red squirrel or a grey, the red ones are protected due to the grey ones carrying a virus that kills them off, i suggest you buy one of those rodent repellers that you plug into the socket and the noise upsets rodents, and they leave the home or area.
dont shoot it.why does everyone settle for that.....thats cruel....and dont drive it away somewhere else...it might have a family or a nest of babies and ull jus kill them too..the teddy bear seemed to work until he realized it wasnt alive and wasnt moving......u should place the teddy bear in different spots each day so he thinks it is movin and that might scare it off....if not put somethin there that has a sensor so when it someone sets of the sensor it moves....a halloween decoration or somethin so when he sets it off it moves and scares him....maybe one that looks like a little human or a cat
well you can be mean and shoot it/kill it. but i wouldnt do that. i think thats rude. you can turn it in to a zoo or sum thing. lol. or catch it and put it in a box, and take it to an abandoned place or a dessert or forest or sum thing.
well it might come because it it found sources of food at ur house maybe ur garbage can day after day for a while or maybe if the spirit thing is true could be a passed family possesing the squirrel/anyway make a natural friendly trap or buy on then when its trap go far from ur house and release it
give it some nuts away from the house.
make a trap. then drive too a far away area and put him there.

Many times you can put some kind of food that they do not like the taste or smell of. For instance, I know rabbits do not like the smell of vinegar.
Just call animal control. They will come and pick him up and take him.
