I hope this helps.Whats the deference Between a chipmonk and a squirrel?
Chipmunks are small and usually brown with a black strip going down their back. Usually found hiding in small cracks outside.

Squirrels are more commonly seen and are gray with big bushy tails. they collect nuts and usually are seen in trees, on the ground and (sadly) flattened on busy roads.

chipmonks can be kept as pets and have longer fluffy tails

but they're alot smaller.

squirrels are alot bigger and have really bushy tails and are not kept as pets.

you'll see alot of squirrels in woods but not chipmonks.
Squirrels are larger and chipmunks usually have a white stripe down their backs.
One is a chipmonk and one is a squirrel.
